How healthy are we compared to other Indiana counties and what key factors influence health (education rates, income levels, and access to healthy foods and medical care)?
What are the challenges to improving our residents' health? To what extent are the health disparities that exist in our community influenced by social and economic conditions?

His presentation will rely on three years of data published at www.countyhealthrankings.org by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
